Select your pack, find an available date on our extremely limited calendar. Reserve that date by paying a non-refundable 50% deposit.
After your date has been secured, a warm welcome email will drop into your inbox with all of the details and key next steps.
Gather all of your launch assets inside of our provided copy doc. We will hop on a quick 1:1 call to review the flow of the day and key project details.
Your remaining 50% deposit is due and final checks will happen by our team.
On the day I wake up early and put on my 'work jams' playlist. I'll be in touch throughout the day via the Google Doc & e-mail.
And just like that all of your tasks are done and the final 'thank you' email is sitting in your inbox! I am available for support and questions via email up to one week after.
All projects are completed in a single day and we schedule our launch pack work days with a minimum of 2 weeks in advance so that we have the proper amount of time to plan the tasks and gather the necessary assets. At this time we cannot accommodate rush jobs.
What if I need my project completed in a hurry?
We specifically selected all of the assets in these packs so that they will work for that launch AND be completed on time. If for some reason we need to add a little time due, we will talk about it either during our strategy call or day-of.
What if I need more time?
At this time we do not swap out graphics in our packs. If you are looking for a specific list of customizable graphics then our Designer For A Day service is perfect for you!
Can I customize your packs?
A checklist and copy document will be given to you after you book your day. Basics like photography, current brand guidelines, a copy doc, and more will be needed prior to our start date.
What do I need to have prepared beforehand?
You may reschedule with up to 72 hours of notice however your deposit may not be refunded. If I need to cancel or reschedule we will find a new launch pack work date that works for both of us or we will go our separate ways.
Can I reschedule my day?
Currently Launch Packs are $950. A 50% non-refundable deposit is necessary to secure your date on the calendar and the remaining balance is due 2 days prior to our work day.
What is the investment?
Your project will have it's own Google Doc and Google Drive folder with every asset listed out. When we present the first revision you will receive a PDF and link to a platform where you can add feedback quickly and easily!
How do you keep my project organized?
We want you to fall in love with your designs and we understand sometimes that it takes tweaks to get there. We will have scheduled check-ins and approvals throughout your day. Each design piece can have up to 2 rounds of revisions (time allowing).
How many rounds of edits are included for each asset?
Yes! Please make sure that you are free the day of our scheduled work day. The more available you are throughout the day, the more we can get done!
Do I need to be present for our VIP day?
At this time we do not offer payment plans for any of our launch packs. We do split up the payment 50/50 for the deposit process which is easier on the budget.
Do you offer payment plans?
Very simply! To reserve your spot on our calendar pay 50% of the total cost and the final 50% before your work day begins. At this time we cannot do any work on your project until the invoice is paid in full.
